Toarino is an anagram of Ontario used by the Ontario government to promote summer tourism.
The advert campaign notably announces the "Toarino beaches" on advert panels on the side of highways, obfuscating the real location of these beaches, making the viewer believe it announces beaches in a tropical paradise.
