[edit] Allusions in D&D

In Dungeons & Dragons, the Slaad are a race of toad-like creatures which (in early editions) had gems embedded within the skull. I guess it might be OR to consider this related to the Toadstone, but thought it worth at least mentioning. --Starwed (talk) 09:27, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
