To Mother is the first EP recorded by Babes in Toyland consisting of the outtakes from the previous release Spanking Machine, but was rerecorded in Europe after their tour with Sonic Youth which can be seen on 1991: The Year Punk Broke. It was produced by John Loder, and released 3 August 1991 by Twin/Tone Records.
