TKO Software is a computer game development company founded in 2002 in Santa Cruz, California, United States by Jacob Hawley and Michael Songy.

TKO Software created Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough (2003) and the multiplayer portion of Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault (2004), both for Electronic Arts. Apart from this, the company has created content for EA's GoldenEye: Rogue Agent, and multiple mobile and handheld titles, including The Elder Scrolls Travels: Shadowkey for Nokia's N-Gage and mobile versions of Tenchu, X-Men 2: Battle, Gauntlet and an adventure game based on the movie The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
The company was known, at one time, to be working on a PC/console version of forthcoming Matthew McConaughey movie Sahara, and a video game version of classic sci-fi movie Logan's Run.
In January of 2005 TKO Software shut down its PC and console games development studio, located in Santa Cruz, leading to the loss of around 60 jobs. TKO's cellphone and handheld game console divisions, located in Texas and Dublin, were unaffected. Dave Reese, GM of TKO's Austin studio re-formed his team as Iron Will Games. The studio recently merged with Austin-based Pyramind Labs, founded by Michael Songy and his engineering team from TKO's former Santa Cruz studio.
In August of 2005, Marcus Hopkins, founder of TKO's Dallas office acquired his studio assets and re-established the business as Method Solutions to continue the team's work in cellphone development and expand into iPod games.
The Dublin studio set up by Will Golby was acquired by PopCap Games in October 2005 and is now one of the largest development studios in Ireland.
Jacob Hawley now works as a VP of Engineering for Acacia Technologies.
