Tkemali

Tkemali is a Georgian sauce, similar in consistency to Adjika, made primarily of plums and various other spices. It can be made at home, but is also mass produced by several Georgian and Russian companies. Tkemali is usually used with meat or potato dishes much like ketchup is used in the United States.
