Tkachenko

Tkachenko (Ukrainian: Ткаченко) is a common Ukrainian surname. As Tkachuk stands for the name of an occupation, weaver. Tkachenko is the central Ukrainian version of the name Tkachuk. As for many other Ukrainian names that ends in -ko or -chenko, their heritage takes its roots of the Polyans tribe that used to be settled near what today's the city of Kyiv.[citation needed] It may refer to:
