[edit] December 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles, as you did to Wikipedia talk:Sandbox. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. User Doe ☻T ☼C 20:18, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of User:TK(film)
A tag has been placed on User:TK(film), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Umm... What's wrong? I did create that page. I created it cause I wanted people to know that I'm making a film. Damn, do you have to send a message after every single thing? I can prove this. If you go to that page, on the Link headline, there's a link named [1] or something. And then you could watch the Movie Preview video. TK(film) 20:30, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
- HMMM, sounds like you are saying you are using Wikipedia to advertise. This is not good. I reviewed your edits, and it looks like you've done a lot of self promotion. Not good at all, I'm afraid. Dlohcierekim 22:22, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Belated welcome, now that your talk page is buried under warnings. Useful links included

[edit] User page looks like advertising
Userpages are to be used to support editors in their work on Wikipedia. Yours looks like an advertisement. As you can tell from all the warnings, use of Wikipedia for ads is against our guidelines and policies. You really need to rewrite it so that it does not read like an ad. Please read WP:USERPAGE for more info. Dlohcierekim 22:17, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] MfD nomination of User:TK(film)

Thank you. Dlohcierekim 22:28, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Advertizing
Using Wikipedia for advertising is not funny. An it certainly look like you are using Wikipedia for self promotion. If the community agrees that that is what's going on, your userpage may be deleted. Dlohcierekim 14:59, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Respect goes both ways
Thanks for your note. You might want to rewrite you userpage so that it looks less like self promotion. You might want to read WP:USERPAGE, which covers use of userpages on Wikipedia. You might want to join this discussion, Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:TK(film), where the community is discussing the deletion of your user page. Cheers, and happy editing. [edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Your image.png
Thank you for uploading Image:Your image.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 17:53, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Myspace
Personal web pages. Wikipedians have their own user pages, but they may be used only to present information relevant to working on the encyclopedia. If you are looking to make a personal webpage or blog, please make use of one of the many free providers on the Internet or any hosting included with your Internet account. The focus of user pages should not be social networking, but rather providing a foundation for effective collaboration. --WP:NOT#MYSPACE
Your user page violates this. Additionally, Myspace.com is a social networking website, with the purpose of posting music, video and blogs, as well as making a profile to tell people about yourself or organization. --Son (talk) 19:53, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Joker
A reference you remember seeing somewhere isn't exactly a verifiable source per WP:CITE and WP:V. Sorry about that. Doczilla (talk) 18:17, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
- 1. Sign your posts.
- 2. Wikipedia cannot cite Wikipedia.
- 3. If you're referring to the sentence in the opening paragraph of Joker (comics), you should notice that little number 2 which goes to the proper citation for that. Doczilla (talk) 02:56, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your posting on my talk page regarding your film
If you have a problem with my assessment [1], you are beyond the probationary period and can create articles on your own. Based on the information you provided, I have no doubt that it'll deleted. I just won't bother with this any more. Yngvarr (c) 11:52, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
