I think -- and I'll admit I could be wrong about this -- that the following sentence taken from the last paragraph in this article is wrong. The sentence reads:

Because MOA<MOA’, there is an angular distortion.

I think that should read:

Because M'OA<MOA, there is an angular distortion.
