Tirwaganj is a town and a nagar panchayat in Kannauj district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census[1], Tirwaganj had a population of 20,229. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Tirwaganj has an average literacy rate of 67%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 73%, and female literacy is 61%. In Tirwaganj, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.
