Tirame de la Lengua (Throw me from tongue) is a TV Show transmitted by TVE and TVE Internacional. the teams are the Lenguetazos and Lenguetones. It participates children between 9 and 12 years old. The concursants they slide for the enormous tongue. in half-hour the concursants make tests like Letter Soup, Trabalenguas with a Lollipop in the mouth. A animated Cervantes are the ordered to value the test results. The markers used in the show are Bic Whiteboard Marker Velleda, Stablilo Plan, Edding 4090 and Uni POSCA.

The conductor is Ana Belen Roy. Ana Belén Roy periodista madrileña nacida el 24 de agosto de 1977. Vinculada desde 1997 a Televisión Española, donde ha desarrollado labores de reportera y presentadora. En la actualidad es reportera de "La Suerte está en tus manos"
