Pegz is considered to be one of the forerunners of Australian HipHop. The previous page (which had been deleted) contained information that indicated the significance of the subject. I am currently in the process of getting the text from this deleted page from the Wikipedia user Madman. I will be re-creating the page without the copyrighted material which caused it to be deleted in the first place. Thanks --Korp7 03:58, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- As I recall, pretty much the entire article was a reprint of his bio from his press release. In any case, you've made a claim of notability, which is enough for me to remove the speedy deletion tag. I would suggest, however, that you concentrate on finding verifiable references from reliable sources to back up claims of notability. The best example would be non-trivial press in established magazines or newspapers (non-trivial meaning the press is about Pegz, not him being mentioned in an article that is primarily about someone or something else). Otherwise it'll end up on WP:AFD. If you have any questions, just ask. Precious Roy 10:52, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
