How to sign your comments

Signing your posts prevents readers from getting your messages confused with those by other users. On talk pages, it is proper etiquette to sign your messages. To do this, add four tildes (~~~~) to the end of your message. When you save the page, these will be converted to your signature followed by a time stamp. The standard "sig" is your username, but you can customize it under your preferences. To include your signature without a time stamp, use three tildes (~~~) instead.
