This article is about a Mayan archaeological site; for the sultan see Tippu Sultan.

Tipu is a Mayan archaeological site[1] in the Maya Mountains near the Belize Guatamala border. This site is situated near the Macal River; further downstream is located the Mayan site of Chaa Creek.[2] Slightly further downstream near the Macal is the site of Cahal Pech.[3]
