Tiny Thompson

Cecil R. "Tiny" Thompson (May 31, 1905 in Sandon, British Columbia - February 9, 1981) was a Canadian professional ice hockey goalie who played for the Boston Bruins and Detroit Red Wings. He won the Stanley Cup in 1929 with the Boston Bruins.
Tiny was actually one of the bigger goalies of his era. He stood 5–11 and weighed 175 pounds. Tiny won the Vezina Trophy on four occasions through his career. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1959.
