Tintamarre

Tintamarre is a word of Acadian French origin meaning "clangor" or "din," and may refer to any of the following:
- Île Tintamarre, a small uninhabited island about 3 km east of and administered by the overseas collectivity Saint Martin of France.
- Tintamarre, festive noisemaking accompanying the Acadian national day, August 15
- Tintamarre National Wildlife Area (encompassing the Tantramar Marshes) in New Brunswick, Canada
- A former name for areas of Middle and Upper Sackville, New Brunswick
- Tintamarre theatre company, a student theatre troupe at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick
