Ting Momo is a Tibetan food item that is a variation upon the meat dumpling known as "momo." Unlike the momo, it does not have any meat filling in it. The dough is usually fashioned into a swirl and steam-cooked. Although there are variations including seasoned ground meat that is stuffed in between the swirls in a similar fashion to cinnamon rolls. It is usually accompanied with soup.
