No applicable template accurately explains the fair use rationale for this sound clip, so here's my argument for it. The television episode that the sound clip is taken from is about 24 minutes long. This represents 0.3% of the entire episode's audio, and none of the video. Serling's 22 second closing narration (Image:Livingdollclosing.ogg brings the total to 26 seconds, or 1.8% of the episode. This compares very favorably to the 10% permitted for music clips.
As can be seen in the comments in Talk:Living Doll (The Twilight Zone), there is a question as to how "Talky Tina" or "Talking Tina" is pronounced. The audio clip is necessary to illustrate the correct pronunciation, which may require several listens in order to reach a conclusion.
