Timothy Eggar

Timothy John Crommelin Eggar (born 19 December 1951) is a former British Conservative politician. He was MP for Enfield North from 1979 until he stood down in 1997. He had served as minister for Trade and Industry, Education and Science, and Employment. He was also a junior minister in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
After leaving Parliament he went to work in the energy industry in the United States. He is Chairman of Harrison Lovegrove & Co Ltd, and Indago Petroleum, a non-executive Director of ExproInternational, and Anglo Asian Mining, and an independent member of a wind development investment committee.[1]
He is currently President of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce[2].
