Timo Torikka

Timo Torikka is Finnish actor. He was graduated from the Finnish Theatre Academy in 1982. After that he has worked widely both on the stage and in front of the camera. His internationally most well known works are the film “Winter war” by Pekka Parikka 1990, he also played in two episodes of French TV-series “Maigret” with Bruno Cremer (Maigret and the ghost 1994 and Maigret in Finland 1996). In 1997 he worked in the Theatre of Cologne, Germany in Karin Beier’s “Sturm” (Tempest by Shakespeare) and between 2005 and 2007 he played Bill’s role in “Plus loin que loin (Further than the furthest thing by Zinnie Harris) in France (Paris, St. Etienne, Caen, Cherbourg, Dijon etc.
