Times Record News is a daily newspaper based in Wichita Falls, Texas, USA since 1907. It is owned by the newspaper group, The E.W. Scripps Company.

The newspaper was later part of Harte-Hanks Newspapers in 1976. Scripps began operating the newspaper in 1997 after they bought it from Harte-Hanks.

The Times Record News currently runs a GOSS COSMO-OFFSET Printing Press (Which runs off roughly 9,000 papers an hour) with the nightly paper circulation ranging from 28,000 up to 34,000. Additional wrappers are run off during the day for select packages which are 2 to 3 a week.

Interestingly enough, the Times Record News also uses 2 of the oldest remaning circular rotational pattern insert machines of any newspaper in the country(both of them are run primarily from air and vacuum lines). Each machine is manufactured by HARRIS, and is capable of a maximum of 10,000 inserted papers produced in any given hour, however usually both insert approximately 7,000 papers per hour.

The mailroom itself has 1 remaning QUIPP Series 300 Counter stacker still in use and has recently acquired 2 new QUIPP Series 500 Counter stackers. Also in use are 2 fairly new QUIPP VIPER Series automatic bundelers.

Normally weekly packages which are run are the Comics, Big 5, and full insert set for the Tuesday night press run, with slight variations from week to week.
