The Time and Temperature Building (official name 477 Congress Street) is a fourteen storey office building located on Congress Street in the Old Port neighborhood of Portland, Maine. The building is named after the large display screen on the roof that flashes the local time and temperature. Built in 1924, the building once had an indoor shopping center on its ground floor, but it was removed in 1963.
