Time Warner Cable Amphitheater

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Time-Warner Cable Amphitheater at Tower City (formerly Tower City Amphitheater) is an approximate 5,000 seat outdoor concert venue that is part of the mixed-use Tower City Center development in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

With a location along the banks of the Cuyahoga River, the structure offers scenic views of the city lights and the river bridges. The amphitheater typically hosts 25 - 30 events per year, including several festivals such as Great American Rib Cook-off and the Taste of Cleveland. Shows sometimes begin as early as April and typically run through September. In 2006, the building played host to such acts as Chicago, Rob Zombie, Dave Chappelle and Alice Cooper.

Time-Warner Cable Amphitheater is owned and operated by Live Nation, a company that also runs The Plain Dealer Pavilion and Blossom Music Center.
