Time Circle, 1968-1972
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Time Circle, 1968-1972 was a compilation album by Spirit, issued in 1991.
This set draws heavily from the four albums that the original group released. Oddly enough, there is nothing from Feedback or from the Randy California solo album Kapt Kopter And The (Fabulous) Twirly Birds, though a track from the mostly-unreleased Potato Land album is included. At the time that this set was released, Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus was the only studio album by the original group in print (and it is the only album by the group that has remained in print since it was released). Though the 1996 reissues of their first four albums have surpassed this compilation in many respects, there are still several tracks on this album which haven't appeared elsewhere.
