Tim Visser (born May 29, 1987 in Zeewolde) is a Dutch rugby union footballer. He is currently playing for the Newcastle Falcons.

He made his competitive debut for the Falcons on September 8, 2006 against Worcester, coming on as a substitute and grabbing the winning try. He has been in impressive try-scoring form during the 06/07 season, having already scored a number of times.

Visser has also played at international level. He played for an England Schools under 18 side in 2005. Visser was eligible to play for England because he has played rugby at an English school.

Visser finished the season with a move from the Falcons to Darlington Mowden Park, a National Division Three club, on loan. On April 3, 2007, he signed a two year contract with the Falcons. At the start of the 07/08 season he again went on loan, this time to the recently relegated Northampton Saints.
