Timothy Lee Tolman (b. April 20, 1956 in Santa Monica, California) is a Major League Baseball third base coach for the Washington Nationals. Tolman was formerly coached by Nats manager Manny Acta and thus was given the job despite the fact that he hadn't been a third base coach in eleven years. In his first year as a Major League third base coach his work with the Nationals has been criticized at points [1].
