Tim Schaeffers (born May 14, 1987) is a New Zealand footballer, currently playing for Waikato FC.

Schaeffers began his senior career at Ngongotaha FC, playing in the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Federation league as a 16 year old, before a move to Mount Albert Grammar in Auckland where he was coached by Kevin Fallon, later signing for Gisborne City. Schaeffers went on trial with York City at the end of the 2006–07 season.[1]

Schaeffers was apart of the New Zealand squad which went to the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup.[2]
