Tim Preece

Tim Preece (born 5 August 1938 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire) is a British actor prominent in the 1970s on television.
He played the politically correct Tom Patterson in two series of The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin and The Legacy Of Reginald Perrin and also had a role in Doctor Who in 1973. He later appeared as the editor of a local newspaper in 'The Journalist' an episode of People Like Us with Chris Langham (first broadcast on 3 June 2001).
