Timothy W. "Tim" Peper (b. October 4, 1980, Nyack, New York) is an American actor best known for his role as Dougie in Carpoolers

Peper is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He has performed in numerous theatrical productions such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Sarah Bernhardt Comes to Town, Othello, Lobby Hero, Waiting for Godot, and Sam Shepard's Fool for Love.
His television credits include a recurring role on Conviction as . He also has guest stared on Law & Order and As the World Turns. Prior to his casting on Carpoolers, Peper had a recurring role in Guiding Light playing Jimmy Donovan.
Peper also has acted in films such as The Greatest Game Ever Played, Glow Ropes, Sturdy Beggars and A Beautiful Life.
