Reginald "Tim" Parnell (born 25 June 1932 in Derby[1]) is a British former racing driver from England. He participated in four Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on 18 July 1959, and qualified for two of them. He scored no championship points. Tim Parnell managed the BRM F1 team from 1970-74, and is the son of Reg Parnell, another racing driver and team boss.
