Tim Murphy is the current football coach at Harvard. With an 88-51 record since arriving at Harvard for the 1995 season, he has led the Crimson to a level of success not seen since the early 20th century. Through his guidance, Harvard has had nine consecutive seasons of .500 or better, and has been put back on the college football map in Division I-AA. His 88 wins rank second in school history. His 2004 squad went 10-0, and as the only undefeated team in Division I-AA that season, might have been the best team in school history.

From 1987 to 1988, he coached at Maine, where he compiled a 15-8 record. From 1989 to 1993, he coached at Cincinnati, where he compiled a 17-37 record. His overall record is 120-96-1.[1]
