Tim Hetherington

Tim Hetherington is a British photographer who won the 2007 World Press Photo competition. He received the award for best press photo for his picture (which was made as part of report for Vanity Fair magazine) of a tired American soldier covering his face with his hand resting in an bunker, in a pause between fights in Korangal valley, Afghanistan.
