Thomas P. (Tim) Franczyk is an Erie County Court Judge in Erie County, New York He was appointed to the court in July 2007 by Governor Eliot Spitzer and was elected in November 2007 by a wide margin. Prior to serving on the Erie County Court, Judge Franczyk presided as a Buffalo City Court Judge for ten years and was a Bureau Chief in the Erie County District Attorney's office.
