Tim Brady (composer)

Tim (Timothy Wesley John) Brady (b. 1956) is a Canadian composer and guitarist who studied at Concordia University in Montreal and the New England Conservatory in Boston. Born in Montreal, he was based in Toronto from 1980 to 1986, and has lived in Montreal since then. He composes serialist and minimalist contemporary classical music, and performs jazz and electroacoustic music on the electric guitar. He performed at the Bang on a Can Festival in 1993.

As of 2007 he has released 14 albums, either as a composer, performer, or both.
