- OK, I figured it out: he's the HBTO's ambassador. But since the HBTO is not a government I sincerely doubt Nigeria recognizes him as an ambassador (e.g. diplomatic immunity). I'm changing the term to 'representative'. RJFJR 13:30, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
