Did you use any other timeline of another country as a model for your work?--Yannismarou 10:09, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

No, because it is not about the history of a country. This is why i titled it "Greek history" and not "History of Greece". Since there are articles like: History of the Cossacks, History of the Zaza people, History of the Turkish people, History of Turkic people, History of the Basque people, History of the Jews in France, History of the Serbs, and many many more, which refer to "peoples" and not "countries", I suppose we can have an article for the "History of the Greek people"... And, i suppose, a timeline would do more good than harm, since it provides info in chronological order. Cause of page length limitations, i preferred to address only incidents of modern times. No! It is not my problem if it is about a country or a people. I just wanted to know if there is any similar timeline (of another people - OK) for benchmarking or if it is an orginal idea of yours.--Yannismarou 19:54, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

Yasou Hectorian, Great Fire of Smyrna/Izmir is an unsolved discussion. To write something like that, you have to provide objective evidence. sincerely yours
