Wow. Reading this timeline makes you believe that the Insurrectors actually won the war. Funny, last I checked they lost.

The additions which were deleted offer historical context, other American wars in the same time period. please keep them in the article. Maybe we can make them italicized, or somehow differentiate them from the rest of the war. Travb 04:11, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
