This reference is very limited. There needs to be a proper treatment of the subject of T&M study, including reference to Taylor, Gantt, et al and Parkinson's law.

It may be helpful to many to know that "Time and Motion Study" is US English usage. Its equivalent of "British English" is 'Work Study' consisting of Method Study (Motion Study) and Time Study.
