Garcia was released just as much because he was terrible in 2003 as he was because of his cap figure. It's apparent the people who edit this page have no idea what they're talking about. Rattay did NOT really contribute to the team's 2-14 record...well, he certainly contributed to the "2" part as he threw for 417 yards and 2 TDs (setting the franchise record for "completions" in the game) against the Cardinals in their week 5 victory.
