[edit] Cleanup

I'm bringing the article up to date and tightening it up as befots a now-defeated municipal pol. This laundry list of the committees Louis served on is, frankly, cruft, especially as he is no longer on council. If anyone can mention truly significant achievments of Louis's on council, put 'em in the article, but IMO we don't need to know every board and committee the guy sat on. (Fri Nov 11, 2005) Tim has made news recently, in a Reuters.uk articles he is quote as proposing: "Many people involved in survival sex are drug addicted, and it is a crime that we don't have treatment on demand, so there would be many benefits of a brothel run on a break-even basis,"

Tim Louis lost his council seat in the November 19, 2005 election
