[edit] Needs an Update

We shut down the Atompub Working Group in Oct 2007, so I no longer co-edit. Might want to mention that it produced RFCs 4287 (The Atom data format) and 5023 (Atom Publishing Protocol).

For my software, I've made a summary page at http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/misc/Software

Updated WRT to Atompub WG; did not include RFC links, they are available from the Atom page; replaced some of the links with a link to the summary page; left in Lark because it doesn't appear there. Reschke (talk) 16:37, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Cow-college?

I'm going to remove the silly cow-college remark unless someone has a good reason to retain it. I have said a lot of things on the record over the years, many of them more memorable than this.

(attribution to that text missing but edited by Tim Bray according to history; Tim, use the four ~ to sign off)

I agree so I've removed the remark for you. You've said a great many things considered by many to be a lot more important than this. Martijn Faassen 14:43, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Time to remove the "stub" signifier, there's more than enough here. I'll do it next time I drop by. Tim Bray 09:09, 1 Feb 2005 (UTC)

I disagree. This is still a stub. It doesn't even have a date of birth yet, and I'm fairly sure there's more than 107 words that could be said about you. :) Angela. 01:07, Feb 21, 2005 (UTC)
OK. I'll go copy style from a more fleshed-out entry for some other old computer fogey. Tim Bray 02:38, 21 Feb 2005 (UTC)
done. Looking forward to the eventual de-stubbing. Tim Bray 02:49, 21 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] apple.com article

I think the apple.com article [1] is quite interesting and deserves to be linked from the article, but it *is* your article so if you don't want it here i'll defer to you AdamJacobMuller 05:51, 20 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Major Reorg

I just did a major reorganization of the article while not logged in (wikipedia has been strange today because of some server problems.) While some of the new sections I created are sparse, it is more of an indication that more material is needed -- i.e. wikipedia is a work in progress. --Ben Houston 22:18, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Reverted

I reverted this page today because the (auto)biography of XML's Daddy had been replaced by a stub about some English schoolkid with the same name who likes hockey and hanging out with his mates. Not worth a disambiguation page, at least not until Tim Bray The Younger gets out a bit more.
