Ottilie ("Tilly") Fleischer (born October 2, 1911 in Frankfurt am Main – died July 14, 2005 in Lahr, Schwarzwald) was a German athlete who excelled in track and field.
She competed for Germany in the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, United States in the Javelin where she won the bronze medal and fourth in the discus. Four years later in her home country she won the javelin at the 1936 Summer Games in front of the Berlin crowds. A versatile athlete, she broke the record for women's shot put (then a non-Olympic event) in 1929, and again in 1930.
