Tilbury District High School is a high school located in Tilbury, Ontario and is part of the Lambton Kent District School Board. It has a high percentage of country and bus students, and serves the communities of Wheatley, Comber, Merlin and Coatsworth.

Tilbury District High School is represented by the Tilbury Titans. In recent years, they have achieved many successes in Soccer and Basketball, mostly notably winning Junior Boys SWOSSAA for those sports. However, Tilbury hasn't been very successful in most other sports, with the sole exception of the Curling team's recent epic win over Ridgetown District High School.

Known for it's academic prowess throughout the region, Tilbury's Mathletes achieve highly in regional and provicial tournaments, often upsetting their chief rival, the Blenheim Orange Tigrés. Tilbury also competes regularly in the University of Windsor's annual Science Olympiad, with a record first place in the past 4 years in the Physics competition.
Tilbury's Art department has also recently undertaken projects to liven the school and local community. Such projects include the painting of Tilbury's local pool and large decorative paintings in cafeteria.
