Roberto Martínez Rípodas (born September 15, 1976 in Pamplona), commonly known as Tiko, is a Spanish footballer, who plays for Athletic Bilbao as a central attacking midfielder.

He has previously played for CA Osasuna. He has earned 1 cap for the Spain national football team, playing in a friendly on March 27, 2002. He is known for his powerful shots and playmaking free kicks.
