C. McNair Wilson is the nephew of Billy Graham's CFO[1] and a corporate creativity coach and popular conference speaker with clients from Apple Computer to the Salvation Army. Wilson formerly worked for 5 years with The Walt Disney Company for Walt Disney Imagineering, the subsidiary of the company which designs and constructs the Disney theme parks and resorts across the world.

In 1970, Wilson attended Minneapolis College of Art and Design and later San Jose State University in 1971 majoring in Theatre Arts / Graphic Design.

In 1985, Wilson joined Walt Disney Imagineering as a Director of Live Show Productions and Senior Concept Designer. Among his accoplishments, at WDI, he worked on the Hollywood Tower Hotel[2], Streetmosphere[3], After leaving Disney in 1991, he continued to consult to all divisons of The Walt Disney Company through 1998.

After leaving Walt Disney Imagineering in 1991, he began working for himself at Assume Brilliance, Inc. as a creative problem solver for professional teams and personal coaching.
