Tight is the debut album by New York City band Mindless Self Indulgence, released in 1999 (see 1999 in music). The album is very rare and generally goes for between $100-$200 on sites such as eBay and Amazon.com.

"Bring The Pain" is a cover of a Method Man song from his album Tical. "Bite Your Rhymes" references lyrics from Vanilla Ice's hit single "Ice Ice Baby". The hidden track "JX-47", in which guitarist Steve, Righ? plays acoustic guitar and sings nonsensical lyrics, has become an internet meme for its innocuous repetition of the line "a field trip" Both Mindless Self Indulgence and Ecnegludni Fles Sseldnim are messages from the band's answering machine. They both concern getting the band booked for a live show, but neither of the two callers can remember the band's name.

The band posted Tight, in its entirety, on their Myspace page in honor of it's ninth year from the original release on 4/20/08, albeit for one day. An original copy of the album, not a reprint, was given away in a contest in 2008.
