I think there may be something incorrect with this article. It says that Tiger was killed in the first season of the Brady Bunch (1969) and that he starred in "A Boy and His Dog" (1975). According to this, the dog was in a movie six years after his death.
- I agree with you. It does seem odd. I have added a citation needed notice on both this article and the A Boy and His Dog article. If no one replies clearing up the confusion in a determined amount of time then I think the information should be deleted. Good find. --PoeticX 07:42, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
The confusion may stem from the IMDB page for "A Boy and His Dog." Their credits look like this:
Joe Hornok ... Miscellaneous Crew ... 8. A Boy and His Dog (1975) (animal trainer: tiger) (dog trainer: "Blood")

The Montreal Gazette article from Dec. 11-18, 2003 entitled 'Apocalypse Wow!' features an interview with director L.Q. Jones about the movie A Boy and His Dog. In the article he tells about how the an important positive aspect of the movie was the onscreen chemistry between actor Don Johnson and the dog Tiger. Part of what Jones said about Tiger was "That dog was the most fantastic animal I'd ever run into, and I've worked with cats, dogs, elephants, llamas, all sorts of animals on sets. I tried to buy Tiger, so he could just retire, but he was very much in demand because of his talent, so even though I was offering tons of money, they wouldn't sell." It seems that it could be the same Tiger because of the statement that Jones wanted to buy the dog so that he could retire.
