Tiffini Talia Hale (born July 30, 1975) is an American actress and pop singer. She was a Mousketeer on the The All New Mickey Mouse Club and a member of the pop group The Party. After The Party, Tiffini returned to the Mickey Mouse Club in 1994, while trying to look for acting gigs, but was unsuccessful.
