Tienhoven (South Holland)

The village (dark green) and the statistical district (light green) of Tienhoven in the municipality of Zederik.

Tienhoven (51°58′N, 4°56′E) is a village in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Zederik, and lies about 10 km southwest of IJsselstein.

The statistical area "Tienhoven", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 230.[1]

Tienhoven was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1986, when it became part of Zederik.[2]
