Nearly the entire History section (first inserted in this diff on 17:07, 10 August 2006 by User:SDPearson is admittedly copied from http://www.ci.tiburon.ca.us/GeneralPlan/Tiburon_2020/Introduction.pdf (page 1-9 to 1-14) which is hosted on the citytown website which claims "Copyright 2006 Town of Tiburon.
