[edit] Vincenzo Iaquinta

[1] - WP:CIVIL. Corvus cornix 22:24, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Please also make sure that you do not violate WP:3RR. Corvus cornix 22:24, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

The problem is that the bid is still yet to be confirmed. I am not a Udinese fan, if this can make you feel better; at least did you see my last edit before reverting it? --Angelo 22:28, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Here's a web source: [2], in which Udinese chairman says "There is an agreement between the outfits although it isn’t official, now the club needs to finalise details with the player". Is this good? --Angelo 17:25, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Chelsea F.C. players

Do you have a source for Robben and Geremi's transfers? There's nothing on the official CFC website, or Sky or the BBC. SteveO 19:53, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

I have a source that the transfers are practicly done but it´s not a "oficial one" of course. - Tiago Heitor 20:06, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

In which case, they should be left as they are until officially confirmed. SteveO 20:11, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Miccoli

You are deeply suggested not to associate Miccoli with Palermo. There is no official announcement at all from any of the sides, and you cannot associate a player with a different team than his without a very reliable source stating the move was finalized and made official. --Angelo 20:00, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

If this site said it,it is "official"! - Tiago Heitor 21:10, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

I don't think so, as this is not an official source at all. For all Italian transfers there might be only three potential official sources: the two club websites, and the list of Lega Calcio officially recorded signings [3]. Any other source is not official. --Angelo 21:54, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

I know that, that´s why i said that is "Official" and not Official. - Tiago Heitor 22:02, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Let me reveal you a little secret: this is not a football tabloid. No rumours, no unconfirmed news; this is a place only for verifiable facts. I have really no problem in asking and possibly obtaining a full block for Miccoli's article if you keep on playing this way. --Angelo 22:07, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Real Madrid

I've started a discussion which you should get involved in on the Real Madrid talk page. JacќяМ ¿Qué? 22:15, 1 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] FC Barcelona‎

Could you please give a reference for dos santos' number? The source given makes no mention of him. Mattythewhite 22:44, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

When did he wear the number 17 shirt? Mattythewhite 22:55, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
Aah, I wouldn't go by pre-season friendlies. Players wear any old number. Mattythewhite 23:02, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] hi

Although it may not seem as such, I am willing to contribute to articles on the English Wikipedia relating to the Portuguese language; just check out and watch my user page and talk page. :-) learnportuguese (talk) 19:38, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding Bosingwa

Hi, i'm sorry, i suppose you are correct, at the time the team was named, he played for Porto, and he has not yet played for Chelsea, and will only be playing there after the Champions League final. I apologise, but there was no need to be so agressive and rude! —Preceding unsigned comment added by I am sam the man (talkcontribs) 16:16, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] FC Barcelona

Hi. Reuters states "Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign Brazil fullback Daniel Alves", so meaning he has not completed his move to Barcelona, and therefore isn't a Barcelona player. Also, transfer sections in club articles have been rejected by the reaching of consensus at WP:FOOTY, and it seems they should be placed on season articles, meanig FC Barcelona season 2008-09 will easily do for including their latest transfers. Also, I'm not sure why you're removing the references - they are there to verify that the information given is correct. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 16:19, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
